AI processing is used to provide the relevant Up Again Boxing feature.

We do not use health information for advertising purposes.

Where health or fitness information is used as part of an AI-powered feature, it is used only where necessary to provide that feature.

6. ANALYTICS

Up Again Boxing collects analytics information to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality, performance, and user experience.

Our analytics are generated using information stored within our Firebase infrastructure and are operated by us rather than through a separate third-party advertising analytics platform.

Payments themselves may be processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and method of purchase.

Up Again Boxing does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

RevenueCat's processing is subject to its own privacy practices and applicable agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may share or allow access to information with service providers where necessary to operate Up Again Boxing.

10. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Up Again Boxing and its features, maintain your account, provide customer support, improve our services, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

If you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise your personal information, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain.

Certain information may remain in backups or records for a limited period before being securely deleted or overwritten.
